I said many times that we would not be raising goats. However all things are subject to change. We had a deivery at a very pleasant farm of 75 acres a hundred miles North of us. There they had the cutest little goats. The folks at the farm had moved from Tennessee with 40 animals and with them the Tennessee fainting goats. Actually miniature fainting goats. Well, you guessed it. We could not leave without getting a couple for pets. They are both very gentle and extremely cute. We have not startled them into submission yet, but from what I understand it does not bother them at all. In fact they will actually continue to eat while passed out!
